Todd Delman is your local Pillar To Post home inspector, proudly inspecting homes and buildings in Columbus, Ohio, and the surrounding counties of Franklin, Licking, Morrow and Delaware.

Prior to becoming a professional home inspector with Pillar To Post, Todd was a Creative Director for a retail company for many years. He loved creating displays for Fortune 500 companies and managing other creative projects, but he had always been interested in owning his own business. Having owned and managed several properties, he knew that becoming a home inspector would fulfill his dream of owning his own business in a field he was interested in. Since he has made many home/property purchases, he knew that he would be able to relate to someone making what could potentially be the largest purchase of their life.

One of the things Todd enjoys most about home inspection is that he gets to connect with clients. He loves helping them make an informed decision and addressing some of the hidden issues that they may not discover until they’ve already purchased the home. He likes to take unpleasant surprises out of the purchase and enjoys walking them through the inspection report, so they can have a deep understanding of their new home.

In Todd’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and working out.
